TERMS OF SERVICE

- My art is NEVER ALLOWED to be made into an NFT or used for AI, if I find that you are interested in either of these NFTs or AI art, the commission will be terminated and you will be blacklisted.-I have the right to deny any commission request if you or the subject matter are uncomfortable to me-Either PARTIAL (25% or more) or FULL payment must be paid before I start working on a piece. I am always open to discussing payment plans with clients.-FULL payment must be given before the final piece is given.-If a commission needs to be REFUNDED, 50% of the money given will be given back. If the commission is at the shading phase or later then I cannot give a refund.-Payments are primarily done through PAYPAL INVOICES and KOFI DONATIONS as a secondary option. DO NOT send me money first through the send feature.-Please give me or discuss a rough estimate of when you want the commission finished. Do not make the due date less than 7 days. The more exact the due date is the better.-Commissions that MUST be done within 7 days or less will be charged a +$20 priority rush fee.-Please supply an ample amount of references for your commission, this includes but is not limited to: a character reference sheet, background scene/mood, character poses, and expressions. If you do not have a character reference sheet, a detailed mood board giving design elements, colour, clothing, and personality will help just as much.-Illustrations meant to be used for profit (seller for prints/rewards/etc.) are required to pay a commercial fee of doubling the original price.-Tipping is never mandatory but is always appreciated.
